April 17th 2010 Indoor Reverse Quads Volleyball Tournament |

- What: Reverse Coed Qauds indoor volleyball tournament (A/AA, B/BB, 24 teams max cap)
- Where: The Courts in Beaverton
- Cost: Registration fee $100/team. Rank your team as accurate as you can (no Sand Bagging, we know how good you are).
- When: Doors open at 8:30am. Captains meeting at 8:40am. First serve at 9am!
- Prize: Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each division, 4 divisions total!
- Modified indoor rules (No open hand tips or directional blocking). Guys can only spike behind the 10foot line and can NOT block or even attempt to block, gals have no restrictions. (only players on roster may sub in)
- FIVB (International Rules) for all divisions.
- All pools will be 2 games to 21 points, cap at 21. Playoffs will be single elimination best 2 out of 3 format. All teams make playoffs.
- Deadline for registration is Wednesday April 14th, I wouldn't wait that long if I were you.
- Registration is NOT FINAL till payment has been recieved unless otherwise by me (PT)

After spraining my ankle really, really bad during league playoffs couple of weeks ago. I am still in pain and gangster leaning (limping) everywhere. I recently found out that a teammate of ours is a Naturopathic Physician and a licensed Acupuncturist, small world! I took my cankles in for a check-up and rehab and let me tell ya, "who would have thought sticking a ton of needles in you would make everything feel better". Anyhoot, for those that sprained your ankles, pulled a muscle, sore shoulders as a result of playing volleyball or any other sports for that matter. I would recommend going to see a teammate of ours Chihiro Aber (aka - Chi) at Sachi Wellness Center. Tell them you're a volleyball player and PT (Northwest Asian Sports) referred you. Thanks to everyone that made it out to our End of Season "outdoor grass" indoor tournament :) There was a ton of prizes that was given away, congrats to those people. Also, congrats to those teams that placed in each division, well done. Picture are up in our PHOTO GALLERY! Huge thanks to: - The Courts in Beaverton for accommodating us on this rainy tournament day.
